We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you need to make a return, please review the following policy:

• Return Window: Buyers have until January 1st to return any unwanted (unused) products for a full refund of the product value. Returns are made at buyers expense.
• No Returns After January 1st: Seller will not accept any returns Jan 1st. 
• Return Authorization: All returned products must be packaged in Art of Beauty’s original containers and must include a Return Authorization Number (RA#) provided by our team. No return authorization will be issued after December 26th, 2025.
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges, including shipping of replacement items, unless Art of Beauty shipped merchandise different from the original order. Initial shipping will not be refunded.
