We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you need to make a return, please review the following policy:

• Return Window: Buyers have until September 31, 2026 to return any unwanted (unused) products for a full refund of the product value. Returns are made at buyers expense.
• No Returns After September 31: Seller will not accept any returns after July 31st.
• Return Authorization: All returned products must be packaged in Art of Beauty’s original containers and must include a Return Authorization Number (RA#) provided by our team. No return authorization will be issued after September 31, 2026.
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges, including shipping of replacement items, unless Art of Beauty shipped merchandise different from the original order.
